摘    要:在AMPS,AM,AA三元共聚反应中,考察了补加活性单体和改变体系的pH值对共聚物的抗温性、抗盐性的影响,并利用热失重分析和表观粘度法对共聚物进行了表征。结果表明,AMPS单体能显著提高共聚物的抗温、抗盐、抗剪切性能。当体系pH值为3~4,活性单体AM逐渐加入时,共聚物的失重率最低,随着温度的升高,共聚物溶液的粘度损失率最低,复合盐溶液的粘度保持率最高。

Abstract:AMPS-AM-AA copolymer was synthesized and characterized by thermal gravimetric analysis and apparent viscosity, and the influence of complementary adding monomer AM and different pH values on the heat resistance and salt tolerancecapabilities of copolymers was also investigated. The results show that AMPS can improve the heat- resistance, salt -tolerance and shear-resistance capabilities of the copolymer remarkably. When the pH value of this system is among 3 and 4, the weigh-loss ratio of copolymer decreased with the increase of complemetary amounts of monomer AM, and the least viscosity loss of copolymer solution and the highest viscosity holding of its multi-salt solution would be obtained when increasing temperature.
