电磁力驱动密封容器管道气力输送系统的研究

摘    要:着重研究了电磁力管道驱动原理和轮式密封容器在气体管道内运行的动能转换和传递,讨论了管道输送系统装置参数和运行参数的相互关系,建立起描述这些参数相互关系的电磁驱动力方程、管道输运方程、管道压力降方程和输送系统总效率方程等,从而为电磁力驱动密封容器管道气力输送技术的实现奠定理论基础。

Abstract:The paper emphatically studied electromagnetic pipeline driving principle, conversion and transfer of kinetic energy occurring in the motion course of roller sealed container in pneumatic pipeline, discussed the parameters of pipeline transportation device and relative relationship between each operation parameters, established the electromagnetic driving equation for describing the relationship between these parameters, pipeline transportation equation, pipeline pressure reduced equation and tatal efficiency equation of transportation system etc, which eastablishes theoretical foundation for realizing the sealed container pneumatic pipeline transportation system driving by electromagnetic force.
