电沉积法修复混凝土裂缝中电流密度的影响

摘    要:选用ZnSO_4和MgSO_4两种电沉积溶液,就电沉积法修复混凝土裂缝中电流密度对电沉积效果(包括试件质量增加率、表面覆盖率、裂缝愈合率、裂缝填充深度)及沉积物组成、微观形貌的影响进行了研究.结果表明:试件表面覆盖率随电流密度的增大而升高,而试件质量增加率、裂缝愈合率及20 d后裂缝填充深度随电流密度的变化均没有明显的规律;不管采用何种电沉积溶液,试件裂缝里沉积物的矿物成分并不随电流密度的变化而改变;采用ZnSO_4电沉积溶液且当电流密度为0.25,3.00 A/m~2时,沉积物均呈颗粒状,当电流密度为1.00 A/m~2时,沉积物呈片状;采用MgSO_4电沉积溶液且当电流密度为0.25,1.00 A/m~2时,沉积物均呈菜花状,当电流密度为3.00 A/m~2时,沉积物呈螺旋状;不管采用何种电沉积溶液,颗粒大小均随电流密度的增大而变大.

Abstract:With ZnSO_4 and MgSO_4 electrolyte solutions the influence of current density on electrodeposition effect for repair of concrete cracks was investigated.Four parameters i.e.rate of mass gain,rate of surface coating,rate of crack closure and crack filling depth were measured,the mineral composition and appea-rance of electrodeposit in the crack was analyzed.The results show that:rate of surface coating increases as current density increases,while rate of mass gain,rate of crack closure and crack filling depth don't va-ry with current density regularly.The mineral composition of electrodeposit in the crack does not change with the current density.When ZnSO_4 electrolyte solution is used and the current density is 0.25,3.00 A/m~2,the appearance of electrodeposit is granular,however it will be lamellar when current density is 1.00A/m~2.On the other hand,when MgSO_4 electrolyte solution is used and the current density is 0.25,1.00A/m~2,the appearance of electrodeposit is cauliflower,and it will be helical when current density is 3.00A/m~2.The particle size of electrodeposit increases as current density increases.
