CAS喷粉精炼熔池混合行为的水模型试验

摘    要:通过1:4水模型装置模拟150 t CAS钢包精炼过程熔池内流场特征和渣面裸露情况,以确定最佳的喷吹位置和研究喷吹参数对熔池均混时间的影响。结果表明,喷吹气量和底吹流量越大,喷枪插入越深,浸渍罩插入越浅,则均混时间越短;底吹位置离钢包中心越近,均混效果越差。分析得出,150 t CAS钢包增加喷粉后,最佳底吹位置为离钢包中心0.35R(R为钢包下口半径)处。

Abstract:The flow field characteristics and open phenomena of slag layer in bath of 150 t CAS ladle refining process have been simulated by 1:4 water modelling device to get optimum blowing location and study effect of blowing parameters on bath mixing time.Results showed that the more the flow rate of injection,the bottom blowing rate and depth of lance outlet with shallow immersion of snorkel,the less the mixing time;and the nearer the distance between bottom blowing lo- cation and ladle center,the poor the mixing effect.It is indicated by analysis that with 150 t CAS ladle installed powder in- jection device,the optimum bottom blowing location is at the place from ladle center 0.35R (radius of ladle bottom).
