| 摘 要： | 分析了某厂42/8-10号泵轴承损坏及寿命短的主要原因是由于轴向力过大。给出了计算公式,并计算了相关数值。在满足生产工艺要求的条件下,对轴承支撑结构进行了改进,提高了该泵的运行周期。

| Abstract: | The major cause that the bearings being destroyed and shortened its life are analyzed in this paper and the result shows that the axial force is excessive especially for No 42/8-10 pump bearings in some oil plant.The calculation formula is given and the relevant values are calculated.Appropriate changes are taken to improve the structure of bearing support according to the requirement of the production processes.As a result,the operation cycle of the pump is greatly enhanced. |
