摘    要:通过总结断续加工GCr15钢的试验数据得出不同负倒棱角度下切削力的变化趋势及刀具寿命随负倒棱角度改变时的变化曲线,进而得出在实际加工过程中最佳的负倒棱角度。试验结果表明:切削力随着负倒棱角度的增大呈先增大后减小的趋势,其中径向切削力最大;有效冲击力的径向分力及变化幅值大于其它两个方向的有效冲击力;负倒棱角度较小时,影响刀具寿命的主要原因为机械冲击;负倒棱角度较大时,切削温度与机械冲击综合作用是影响刀具寿命的主要因素。

Abstract:Based on the testing data of intermittently cutting GCr15 steel,this paper attempted to educe the best negative chamfer angle in practical machining process by summarizing the trend of various cutting forces in different negative chamfer angles and the curve of cutter life with the negative chamfer angle.The results of the test indicated that the cutting force increases first and then decrease along with the increasing of the negative chamfer angle.Effective radial impact force was stronger than that in the other two directions reflects the impact value of the tools when the cutting tool cuts.The mechanical impact was the main factor which influenced the cutting tool's life when the chamfer angle was small.While the chamfer angle was bigger,mechanical impact and cutting temperature were the main reasons that interfered with the cutting tool's life.
