新型电力机车风道继电器研究

摘    要:经分析计算得知,继电器触头烧蚀的根本原因是动触头在机车和风道振动条件下发生共振,产生微距开合,造成烧蚀。针对触头烧蚀和异物冰雪堵塞等实际问题,设计了新型继电器。经实际验证,新结构产品完全达到了项目设计目标,运行稳定可靠,完全解决了触头过早烧蚀和冰雪异物堵塞问题,各项性能指标优良。

Abstract:Through analysis and calculation,the root causes of relay contact ablation were obtained.The moving contacts resonated with vibration of the locomotive and wind road,and then microspur was open and close,resulting in ablation.Aiming at several practical problems,such as relay contact ablation,ice and snow blockage,and so on,a new type of relay was designed.Actual verification proved that the products of new structure fully met the design object,and operated stably and reliably.It completely solved the issues of premature contacts ablation and ice and snow blockage,and various performance indicators were excellent.
