基于STC12C5A60S2的帆板控制系统设计

摘    要:以STC12C5A60S2单片机为控制核心,利用单片机控制风扇完成对帆板转角的控制。该系统主要模块有单片机控制模块,人机交互模块、角度检测模块、风扇控制调速模块、电源模块、声光报警模块。由角度传感器测得帆板角度并反馈给单片机风扇转速控制模块构成风速闭环控制系统,利用单片机产生的PWM控制风扇电机驱动模块,从而实现角度的精准控制。

Abstract:A sailboard control system which uses STC12C5A60S2 SCM as the control core to control the rotation of sailboard is introduced.The main modules of the system are SCM control module,a human-computer interaction module,angle detection module,fan speed control module,power supply module,and alarm module.The angle detected by the angle sensor is feeded back to the fan speed control module to form wind speed closed loop control system,and the PWM generated by SCM is used to control fan motor drive module to realize the control of angle precisely.
