基于MS5540C的微型气压传感器的设计与研究

摘    要:为实现提供气压和温度参数的高稳定性和高准确性的测量,介绍了MS5540C的特性和工作原理,并给出了基于MS5540C的微型传感器相关的硬件设计,提供了部分相关软件函数的设计作参考,最后对测量结果的补偿校准进行了讨论。试验表明,该设计具有高稳定性和高准确性。

Abstract:To carry out the measurement on air pressure and temperature with high stability and accuracy,the character and operation principle of miniature barometer MS5540C are introduced,and design of hardware circuit and design suggestion are provided.In addition,some related software functions are provided as reference.The calibration methods for measurement result are discussed at last.The test shows that this design have the high stability and high accuracy.
