摘    要:描述了以PIC16F877单片机为主控制器的压力检测系统,它主要以惰性气体作为压力传递介质.在地面完成井口气体压力的测量,然后通过井口压力的大小推算井下测压深度处压力大小。详细叙述了系统设计原理与软硬件的实现方法,整个系统包含数据采集、数据处理、数据存储和数据显示等。经过室内试验和现场试验验证.这种压力检测系统具有精度高、稳定性好、实时性强等优点,可满足测量现场环境的要求。

Abstract:The capillary pressure monitoring system of which the main controller is PIC16F877 MCU is described,the system used inert gas as pressure transfer medium,completed the measurement of wellhead gas pressure in the ground,then calculated the pressure of certain depth according to the pressure in the wellhead.The system design principle and realization of software and hardware are introduced,the whole system includes data collection,data processing,data storage and data display and so on.Through laboratory and field tests prove that the pressure monitoring system with high precision,high efficiency,good stability,strong real time,etc,which can meet measurement scene environmental requirements.
