基于DSP的称重系统中滤波器的实现

摘    要:利用电容称重传感器测量载荷时,真实载荷信号非常微弱,如果不进行有效的滤波处理,会导致称重结果的不准确。文章对传感器输出电压进行了分析研究,用MATLAB仿真软件分析了滤波算法的性能,提出了基于数字处理芯片TMS320VC5416的滤波方案。试验结果表明:系统设计达到了预期的要求。

Abstract:In using the device to measure loading,there exist much disturbance in the output result of capacitance weighing sensor,and the true sensor loading signal is not very clear,this may make the true loading signal be submerged in disturbance signal.The result is not evidently accurate if we don’t carry out wave filtering treatment effectively.The design of the digital filter with output voltage signal figure of capacitance weighing sensor is studied,Simulated software of MATLAB is used to analyse the function of wave filtering algorithm,In this work,filtering programs design based on digital processing chip TMS320VC5416 is introduced.the result shows that the design of the system reached the anticipative require.
