| 摘 要： | 针对弯管机冷弯加工实际，结合已有的试验数据，提出了一种弯管加工过程中弯矩随弯角变化的模型。在此基础上，推导出任意弯曲角度下的弯管回弹规律，它能较好地说明小角度弯曲情况下弯管的回弹行为，同时在大弯曲角度范围内与现有的弯管回弹规律保持一致。

| Abstract: | Based on the manufacturing process and the obtained experimental data,a model for the dynamic relation between bending moment and bending angle during pipe manufacturing was presented.Furthermore,the rule of spring-back for arbitrary bending angle has been obtained.It can well explain the spring-back behavior of the bending pipe under small bending angles.Meanwhile,it coincides with the current spring-back rule under large bending angles. |
