陶瓷基金属纤维复合材料的研究

摘    要:本文研究了莫来石陶瓷为基体、金属纤维增强增韧的复合材料。介绍该材料的复合工艺及分析材料的特性。研究结果表明,该材料集金属和陶瓷之优点,具有相当的韧性、较高的强度、较好的表面质量、可以进行机械加工,并具备高温稳定性和材料透气性。在塑料模具和建材工业中,有广泛的应用前景。

Abstract:This is a research work on ceramic matrix composite, a new kind of composites which is made from the matrix material of mullite , the reinforcing material of reduced iron powders and thin-short metal fibres, a special kind of binder, through a series of technology including a sintering.The result shows that the composite has both the advantages of metal and ceramic. It has higher tenacity, higher strength and better surface quality compared with ceramic materials. It has also high temperature stability and higher permeability compared with metal materials. The advantage of once forming for moulds and keeping the dimensions accuratly shows this composite will be adopted to produce plastic-shaping moulds and maybe also used in other fields.
