GFRP筋力学性能测试方法研究

摘    要:玻璃纤维增强塑料(Glass Fiber Reinforced Polymer,GFRP)筋材具有具有强度高、耐腐蚀等优良特性,被引入混凝土结构配筋加固及各类锚固工程中。但其测试规范尚不完备。试验方法、测试过程和应变片规格等对测试结果影响较大。试验结果表明,钢套筒的选择以直径大于杆径2~3mm较为适宜,较长应变片测试所得的弹性模量接近于厂家提供的材性数据。

Abstract:GFRP(Glass Fiber Reinforced Polymer) bars have recently been introduced in market as tendons for grouted anchors and as reinforcement for concrete structure,which is lighter,stronger,anticorrosive and nonconductive.The standard for grouted anchors test methods is especially scarce.The test results are influenced extremely by test methods and testing procedure and standard of electric resistance strain gage.The experimental results show that a diameter of steel sleeve,which is bigger 2-3 than one of GFRP bar,is fitting,and the value of elastic modulus by measure of the longer electric resistance strain gage is close to one of the manufactory.
