| 摘 要： | 集团公司对子公司实施有效控制是企业管理中一个十分关键的问题,而财务控制更是重中之重。财务控制所采用的手段是否科学,控制方法是否合理将直接关系到控制的效果和效率。文章通过集团公司对子公司财务控制的方法研究,为集团公司加强对子公司的财务控制提供借鉴。
