沉桩的挤压效应和处理措施

摘    要:在软土地区基础进行打设预制桩,土体由于受到打桩产生的空隙水压力的影响,引起土体的垂直和水平变位,从而导致周围地面的隆起和侧向位移。造成己打入桩的偏位,附近建筑物发生倾斜、开裂等事故。本文将根据工程实例探讨如何采取防范措施,尽量将其危害程度降低到最低水平。

Abstract:Caused by the pore water pressure,perpendicularity and horizontal deflection of the soil has aroused driving precast piles on soft clay ground,which leads the vicinal floor to upheaval,settlement and side direction displacement.Also,accidents such as tilting,splitting could take place on vicinity buildings.At the same time,those piles which have been driven maybe offset.This paper will discuss how to take countermeasures by researching a project example,and lower the damages to a minimum level.
