综合诊断在透平空压机中的应用——以舞钢公司为例

摘    要:通过对4 500Nm3/h制氧机系统的透平空压机绘制轴承振动劣化趋势图,捕捉设备各种异常现象,经多层次分析诊断,解决了空压机振动突然增大、轴承温度过高、五级轴封带水等问题,找出了空压机最佳运行区域,实现了空压机超周期平稳运行。

Abstract:By drawing trend graph of turbine compressor bearing vibration degradation of 4500Nm3/h oxygen machine rendering system to capture various anomalies of the equipment.This paper made multi-level analysis and diagnosis to solve the problems of sudden increasing vibration of air compressor,high temperature of bearings,with water in shaft seal of five grades to identify the optimum operating area of air compressor to achieve stable,super-cycle operation of air compressor.
