| 摘 要： | 发展循环经济是构建和谐矿区,实现矿区可持续发展的必然选择。本文首先简要介绍了循环经济的内涵和传统的“3R”原则及其应用。然后在分析矿区经济、资源、环境三方面特点的基础上,又提出了研究（Research）和替代（Replace）两个原则。最后以“5R”原则为基础,提出了矿区发展循环经济的综合评价指标体系及其计算方法,以促进矿区循环经济的发展。

| Abstract: | The development of recycle economy is a necessary choice in constructing harmonious mining areas and realizing sustainable development in mining areas.The connotation of recycle economy and the application of traditional "3R"priciples are briefly introduced firstly in this paper.Then on the basis of the analysis of the characteristics of three aspects of economy,resources and environment in mining areas,other two principles of "research" and "replace" are put forward.Finally,on the foundation of "5R"principles,the evaluation index system and calculation method are put forward,in order to promote the development of recycle economy in mining areas. |
