| 摘 要： | 文章以上海几个既有住宅围护结构节能改造项目为例，客观地分析了实施围护结构改造投入的各项主要成本与达到的节能效果及其收益，初步预测了我国既有住宅需进行节能改造的规模，并对有效实施节能改造提出了建议。

| Abstract: | With several projects of enclosure structure renovation in local existing housing as typical cases, the authors make an objective analysis on all the major energy saving effect and the relevant benefit thereof resulted from enclosure structure renovation, envisaging the extent to which energy saving renovation is to be carded on in domestic existing housing as well as posing suggestions on effective implement for energy saving renovation. |
