| 摘 要： | 介绍了通过向丙烯酸树脂分子链中引入阳离子基团,在不使用乳化剂的条件下合成出了一种阳离子聚丙烯酸酯树脂乳液的实验,并对影响合成的因素进行了研究。讨论了阳离子单体,引发剂,保护胶体,加料方式的影响。实验结果:合成的阳离子乳液用作玻璃纤维浸润剂的成膜剂,与其他组份配伍性良好。

| Abstract: | A cationic polyacrylate resin emulsion was synthesized by introducing cationic groups into the molecular chain of polyacrylate resin without the use of emulsifier,and the factors affecting the synthesis,including the cationic monomer,initiator,protecting colloid and material feeding method,were studied. The experiment results showed that the synthesized emulsion was well compatible with other ingredients when used as the film-former in glass fiber sizing agent. |
