三惰轮复合齿轮泵的流场仿真分析

为了捕捉三惰轮复合齿轮泵的内部流场变化,对其流场仿真进行了研究。利用计算流体动力学(CFD)软件Fluent软件的动网格技术对复合齿轮泵的二维简化模型进行了流场仿真,为复合齿轮泵的三维流场仿真分析奠定了基础,为基于动网格的齿轮泵内部流场模拟走向实践奠定基础。

Analysis on Fluid Field Simulation of Multi-gear Pump

In order to catch the variation of fluid field inside of the multi-gear pump,the fluid field simulation of the multi-gear pump was researched. And it takes advantage of the moving grid technology of CFD software Fluent to simulate the fluid field in simplified model of the compound gear pump.It lays a foundation for fluid field simulation of the compound gear pump and internal fluid field simulation of the gear pump by the moving grid technology.
