| Abstract: | In the paper, the nature and function of teaching management of college （department） are explained to e-lectrical information specialty. The link control method is proposed to solve the problems in teaching management. The above - mentioned method is feasibility and operational. The above - mentioned method can provide a reference for college （department） teaching management. |
