磷资源加工研究进展:6.利用磷石膏生产高强度砌块及储能砌块

摘    要:介绍利用磷石膏为原料生产高强度石膏砌块的基本原理、工艺流程及工业化进展。该材料制成的标砖强度可达到10MPa,且工艺流程节能。同时讨论了石膏相变储能砌块的基本原理与研究情况。相变储能材料以微胶囊形式与石膏结合,温度控制点约19℃,并可根据要求进行调整,是一种智能型的温控建筑材料。

Abstract:The productive principle of high-strength building blocks trom pnospnogypsum, as well as its process and progress in industry are introduced. The strength of the standard briek produced from this material can reach to 10 MPa, with the energy-saving process. Meanwhile the basic principle and research progress of energy storage Mocks from phosphogypsum are discussed. The mierocapsules including phase variation material combines with gypsum and forms a intelligent material which can control the block temperature of 19℃.
