| Abstract: | The anti-seismic design for a highrise building with irregular plan and elevation beyond the clause of seismic design code is presented. The control of torsion effection and the treatment of over reinforcing steel in some members are studied. The steel reinforced concrete conversion structure is discussed in detail, and the construction of joints is introduced. |
