| 摘 要： | 根据复杂产品装配规则问题的特点和要求,提出了一种粒子群装配优化算法.该方法采用干涉矩阵作为优化解的几何搜索空间.以重定向次数、工具更换次数、装配类型改变次数作为装配成本评价指标,实现了对装配过程的多目标优化.并得到最优装配规划序列.通过实例时算法的有效性进行了验证.

| Abstract: | According to the characteristics and demands of sequences planning in assembly of complex products, a particle swarm optimization algorithm is .proposed. Interference matrix is used as searching space of problem, and the changing times of directions, tools and types in assembly process are used as the criteria for the cost evaluation. This method can not only obtain the optimal sequences, but also achieve multi-objective optimization of assembly processes. Finally, an example is given to illustrate the validity of this method. |
