摘    要:文章对一起110kVSF6气体绝缘金属封闭开关设备(GIS)母线分支气室SF6气体微渗事故的缺陷检查、处理过程以及事故原因进行了介绍分析。因材料、制造工艺、安装工艺控制不严,致使该分支气室通式盆式绝缘子和不通盆式绝缘子等部位都有轻微伤痕、线路侧法兰通式盆式绝缘子与B相进线瓷套管气室对接不齐等原因是造成发生SF6微渗的根本原因,今后应在设备制造、安装、运行维护、缺陷处理等方面引起重视。

Abstract:The defect inspection, handling process and the causes of SF_6 micro-leakage fault of bus branch air chamber for 110 kV SF_6 GIS metal enclosed switchgear were introduced. The basic causes for the SF_6 micro-leakage fault are that the material, manufacturing and installation technology cannot be controlled strictly, which cause the light scar in the disc type insulator of branch air chamber, and the connection problem between the flange disc type insulator and porcelain bushing of phase B incoming line. It should be paid more attention in the future in the aspects of equipment manufacturing, installation, operation maintenance and defect handling.
