摘    要:依据BT25钛合金材料的特性,编制相应的试生产工艺,制备出Ф200mm的较大棒材和西20mm的较小棒材。测得的两类棒材的性能都满足了标准要求。在实验条件相同的情况下,轧制的小棒材并没有因为变行量增大而使性能得到极大提高,两者的性能差别不大,而且,两种规格棒材的显微组织都为等轴组织。

Abstract:A trial process routine was determined to prepare BT25 bars with diameters of 200 mm and 20 mm according to the characteristics of the alloys. The traditional forging and combination of water quenching and air cooling were applied. In addition, rolling process was carried out at 60 centigrade below a/β phase transformation temperature, then water-quenched. The mechanical properties of final products reached the requirement of corresponding standards. Under the same experimental conditions, the properties of the rolling bars were not superior to those of the forging bars, and their microstructures are both equiaxed.
