| 摘 要： | 新农村社区形态的规划是建设新农村的一个大前提，该文以南通地区为例，分为三部分：乡村聚落的影响因素、南通地区乡村聚落的基本特征以及该地区的乡村聚落特征对于新农村社区形态建设的指导，得出五个方面的问题以及解决对策。

| Abstract: | Community form planning is a major premise of new rural construction. This article takes Nantong region as the example,discusses the community form construction there from three aspects: impact factors of rural settlements,basic characteristics of rural settlements in Nantong area and guidance of these characteristics to the community form in new countryside,and draws five problems and relevant solutions. |
