灯用石英玻璃泡壳成形工艺的研究

摘    要:在气体放电灯中,为了使电弧管能承受气体放电时产生的高温和高压,电孤管泡壳的原材料采用石英玻璃,泡壳的结构形式多种多样,成形的方法也有很多,选择合适的成形工艺,可以提高产品的质量,提高生产率,降低生产成本。

Abstract:For gas discharge lamps, quartz glass is used as the raw material of an electric arc lamp tube so as to withstand the high temperature and high pressure generated in gas discharging. As there are various shapes of lamp bulb which can be formed in many different ways, it is important to select a suitable forming technique to improve the product quality and production efficiency, and reduce the product cost.
