| 摘 要： | 天然气长输管道施工距离长,施工难点多,协调困难,诸多因素要求良好的生产管理流程,叙述了长输管道施工中存在的问题,指出,变事后管理为事前调度、事中处理的施工管理原则是解决生产中浪费问题的好办法。

| Abstract: | In the long pipeline transport pipeline project,construction distance is long,construction is difficulties,which required good production management processes.Problems in the long pipeline transport pipeline construction were discussed,pointed out we should change after-management to pre-scheduling,construction management principles in the process of the accident is a good way to solve the problem of waste production. |
