| Abstract: | This paper describes the eleventh five-year energy saving goal and task of Jinzhong city in Shanxi provmce and introduces all the works that have been completed in energy saving during the eleventh five-year plan and the year 2010.Finally,the author points out the problems still existing in energy saving and give corresponding striving direction. |
