摘 要: | 建立了超高效液相色谱法检测甲霜灵在土壤中残留分析方法。样品经二氯甲烷-正己烷(1/1,V/V)混合溶剂提取,UPLC测定,外标法定量。结果表明,在0.005~0.5 mg/kg添加水平范围内,甲霜灵的平均添加回收率为89.32%~103.0%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为2.86%~8.16%。该方法操作简便,杂质干扰少,灵敏度、准确度高。

Abstract: | A simple and sensitive ultra- performance liquid chromatography photo- diode array method was developed to quantify the levels of metalaxyl residues in soil. The samples were extracted with dichloromethane: n - hexane (1 : 1, V/V) and detected by ultra- performance liquid chromatography coupled (UPLC). Results showed that between 0. 005 - 0. 5 mg/kg spiked levels, the recoveries of metalaxyl extracted from soil samples ranged from 89.32% to 103.0%, and the relative standard deviation (RSD) was 2. 86% -8.16%. |
