埋地热油管道投产运行规律探讨与浅析

摘    要:为了掌握原油管道投产运行规律,探讨了埋地热油管道投产过程中管内介质温度以及管外土壤温度场的变化规律,并分析土壤导热系数、输量对管内介质和管外土壤温度场的影响,并对不同预热方式进行浅析比选。结果表明:土壤导热系数和管道输量是埋地热油管道投产过程的主要影响因素;闷管预热的能量利用率最高,正向预热效果最好。

Abstract:In order to master the law of commissioning and operation of crude oil pipeline, the change laws of media temperature in the pipeline and soil temperature around the pipeline during commissioning of buried heated crude oil pipeline were discussed. The impact of soil heat conductivity, throughput to the thermodynamic characteristics of media inside the pipeline as well as the soil around the pipeline was analyzed. Then the performance of different preheating ways was compared. The results show that soil heat conductivity and pipeline throughput are two critical variables in the preheating commissioning of heated crude oil pipelines, the preheating of stuff tube has the highest energy efficiency, the forward preheating is the best in preheating effect.
