对氯苯氧异丁酸合成研究进展

摘    要:对氯苯氧异丁酸是合成降血脂药安妥明及其衍生物双安妥明等的重要中间体。高效催化剂和相转移催化剂的选择是以对氯苯酚、丙酮与氯仿为原料合成对氯苯氧异丁酸的关键环节。参考了国内有关对氯苯氧异丁酸合成的文献,介绍了固体催化剂、液体催化剂和相转移催化剂、滴加氯仿时温度、反应温度、丙酮的回收再利用等对合成对氯苯氧异丁酸的影响,并指出了合成过程中需要注意的细节。

The New Development of Research on Synthesis of Cofibic Acid

Abstract:Cofibic acid was a kind of important intermediate of synthesizing clofibrate and biclofibrate. Choosing a kind of high efficient catalyst and phase transfer catalyst for synthesis of cofibic acid with chlorophenol acid, acetone and sodium hydroxide as raw materials was an important step. The literature on the synthesis of cofibic acid in China was referenced, the influence of solid catalyst, liquid catalyst and phase transfer catalyst, temperature of dropping chloroform, reaction temperature and the reuse of acetone were introduced, and the details for synthesis of cofibic acid were nointed out.
