摘    要:近年来我国食品安全问题层出不穷。新形势下的食品质量与安全课程教学面临巨大的挑战。本文主要从优化教学内容和有机整合多样教学方法两方面出发,初步探讨了食品质量与安全课程教学改革的若干方案,尝试为培养创新-应用型高素质食品检测人才探索新的有效途径。

Some Thoughts on the Reform of Teaching Method for the Course in Food Quality and Safety

Abstract:In recent years, food safety problems emerged endlessly in China. The teaching of the course in food quality and safety under such background remained a challenge. To provide an improved way of cultivating innovative for applied high - quality talents, several potential methods of reforming teaching content and approaches for the course in food quality and safety were described.
