未知环氧固化剂的色谱分析和光谱解析

摘    要:对未知固化剂样进行简单拆分后,用红外光谱仪、气质联用仪、核磁共振波谱仪和薄层色谱分别对溶剂和溶质成分进行剖析,经过鉴定,溶剂成份为二甲苯,占45%质量分数,溶质成份为工业油胺,为该固化剂的关键有效成份,占55%质量份数。经过气相色谱定量分析,并与90%含量的油胺试剂比较,确定该油胺的含量在54.7%~61.5%之间,属于等级较低的工业油胺。本研究结果为固化剂的选材和定性提供了真实可靠的技术依据。

Analysis and Determination of an Unknown Epoxy Curing Agent by Chromatography and Spectra

Abstract:After separating the unknown curing agent, using IR, GC - MS, NMR and TLC to analysis the solvent and solute respectively, the solvent composition was identified to be dimethylbenzene, accounted for 45%. The solute composition was industrial oleylamine, and the key active ingredient accounted for 55%. Quantitative analysis by gas chromatography and comparison of the reagent oleylamine with content of 90% to determine the oleylamine content was between 54. 7% -61.5% which belonged to low level of industrial oleylamine. The results was to provided a reliable technical basis for curing agent of material selection and qualitative.
