氢气压缩充装系统的工艺安全性设计

摘    要:通过对2200万Nm3/年氢气压缩充装系统的工艺安全性设计,该系统采用"两段七级"式氢气压缩充装工艺,通过对该系统所配备的各子系统的工艺安全设计措施进行详细描述,该压缩充装工艺系统对氯碱企业的放空氢气的回用具有较好的经济效益和社会效益。

Process Safety Design of the Hydrogen Compressed and Filling System

Abstract:Through the process safety design of the hydrogen compressed and filling system and the flow meter of the system was 2 200 million Nm3 per year. The system used "two section and seven class" compressed process and the process safety design and process measure of all the subsystem of the hydrogen compressed and filling system were described in detail. The system had preferable economic benefit and social benefit for reuse of the vent hydrogen of chlor - alkali enterprise.
