通过对某厂三催化车间四机组——烟机的叶轮磨损故障分析,找出运行时机体振动过大的的原因,对烟机转子进行在线监测,及时发现转子磨损情况,对设备进行预知管理与维修,避免了因烟机结垢严重造成的叶轮磨损断裂,导致的紧急停机事故,并且通过此案例,进一步了解状态监测技术在化工工业中的应用。

Through machine impeller wear failure analysis of the four units of three catalytic workshop in some plant, the cause of the runtime body vibration, for online monitoring of rotor of the machine, found that the abrasion of rotor in time, to predict the management and maintenance of equipment, avoid the impeller wear caused by the scale and range hood problem of fracture, the cause of the emergency stop accident, and through this case, to further understand the application of condition monitoring technology in the chemical industry.
