乙二醇合成工艺的研究进展

摘    要:综述乙二醇合成工艺研究进展,包括石油路线和煤化工路线的各工艺的介绍,并分析了各工艺的优点和存在的不足,提出新型的合成气制草酸酯,然后加氢制乙二醇的工艺,并对草酸酯加氢制乙二醇的催化剂技术进行了综述,指出其催化剂稳定性存在问题,在今后的研究中如何提高催化剂寿命是研究的重点。

Abstract:The progress of synthesis of ethylene glycol process was reviewed , including oil the introduction of the process route and route of coal chemical industry and the advantages and shortcomings of each process were analyzed .The new technology was developed , which was generated by synthesis gas catalytic accidentally united into dimethyl oxalate and dimethyl oxalate hydrogenate for ethylene glycol.Technologies of the dimethyl oxalate hydrogenate catalyst for ethylene glycols were summarized.The oxalate hydrogenation of methyl glycol catalyst with the stability problems was pointed out.In future , how to improve the service life of the catalyst was the focus of the study.
