常减压装置高温油气管线的安全评定

摘    要:在常减压装置中,高温油气管线的减薄对装置的安全运行是一个很大的危险。某常减压装置的使用温度为200~370℃的过汽化油管线发生泄漏,经过现场使用高温超声测厚仪和脉冲涡流对这部分相同工况条件下的管线进行测厚,发现这批管线的最大腐蚀速率3 mm/年。并且在对两种测厚方法得到的测厚值进行了对比。按照GB19624-2004附录H的技术要求对这批管线进行安全评定,得出剩余寿命,为装置管理人员提供了技术支持。

Abstract:In atmospheric and vacuum distillation unit, the corrosion thinning of the high -temperature oil pipelines was an issue of concern for device management.In an atmospheric and vacuum distillation unit, the over-vaporized oil pipelines corrosion rate was found faster than 3 mm/year, and there was a corrosion leak of these pipelines.The operating temperature of the over-vaporized oil pipelines and the residual oil pipelines was 200~370℃.In the field, the high-temperature ultrasonic and the pulsed eddy current were used in the thickness measurement of these pipelines, and the results of the two methods were compared , at the same time , these pipeline corrosion mechanisms was analyzed.According to the Appendix H of GB/T 19624 -2004 the safety assessment of existing pressure vessels containing defects, the safety assessment of these thinning excessive pipeline was completed , the remaining life of the pipelines were calculated , and the technical support for replacing the tubing was provide to the device management personnel.
