摘    要:聚四氟乙烯具有优良的耐化学腐蚀性及电绝缘性,具有良好的耐热性。在所有固体材料中,聚四氟乙烯摩擦系数是最低的。在与橡胶的复合使用中,能提高橡胶的物理机械性能、耐化学腐蚀性能,降低制品的摩擦系数,但与橡胶之间的粘着性能差。主要论述了聚四氟乙烯与各种橡胶粘着性能的研究,通过聚四氟乙烯表面处理及选用合适的粘着剂,使聚四氟乙烯与橡胶间粘着强度大幅度提高,为聚四氟乙烯与橡胶复合开辟了更广阔的应用前景。其复合制品已成功应用在胶管,武器装备等领域。

Abstract:PTFE has excellent chemical resistance and electrical insulation, has good heat resistance. The friction coefficient of PTFE is the lowest in all solid material. When PTFE is used in rubber, it can improve the physical mechanical properties and resistance to chemical corrosion of rubber, reduce the friction coefficient of products, but it has poor adhesion with the rubber. In this paper, the adhesive performance between PTFE and all kinds of rubber was mainly discussed. By PTFE surface treatment and choosing a suitable adhesive, the adhesion strength of PTFE and rubber was greatly increased. The composite product of PTFE and rubber has been successfully applied in the field of rubber hose, weapons and so on.
