产业转型背景下的高等工程教育培养模式探索

摘    要:以无机非金属材料专业为例,指出了当前工程教育人才培养模式的一些不足。针对节能环保及产业转型对无机非金属材料专业发展提出的新要求,变革当前培养模式:通过多元化培养方案,完善教材体系,强化专业选修课的教学,实现学生的层次化个性发展;通过科技孵化平台/实验教学平台/创新平台/重点实验室的建设,满足实习、实践教学的需要,为产业转型背景下的多元化高级技术人才培养提供良好的实验、实习、实践教学条件和环境。

Student Training Mode Exploration of Higher Engineering Education under Background of Industrial Transformation

Abstract:Some deficiencies of current engineering education students training mode were pointed out with an example of inorganic nonmetallic materials specialty. In the light of more new requirements to inorganic nonmetallic materials professional development by energy saving - environmental protection policy and industrial transformation needs, some reform of the current training mode had been proposed: diversify training program, perfect teaching material system and strengthen professional elective course teaching to make the hierarchical students personality development; construct the technology incubation platform/experimental teaching platform/innovation platform and key laboratory to provided a better experiment and practice teaching conditions for cultivating the diversification senior technical talents which accommodate industry transformation.
