五叶地锦种子中重金属含量测定

摘    要:用光谱法测定五叶地锦中重金属的含量。采用原子吸收光谱法和原子荧光法在最佳仪器工作条件下,测定五叶地锦中的Ca、Mg、Zn、Mn、Cu、As的含量。方法操作简单,结果稳定可靠。方法的检出限分别为:钙27.47 ng/mL,镁3.346 ng/mL,锌1.743 ng/mL,锰19.05 ng/mL,铜9.697 ng/mL,砷0.2007 ng/mL,回收率为89.76%~133.44%。

Determination of Quinquefolia Heavy Metal Content in Seeds

Abstract:A method for the determination of calcium, magnesium, zinc, copper and arsenic in virginia creeper seeds by atomic absorption spectrometry and atomic fluorescence spectrometry was developed. The optimal instrument conditions were established. The method was proved to have better accuracy and precision, and to be simple and rapid in operation. The detection limits were 27.47 ng/mL, 3. 346 ng/mL, 1. 743 ng/mL, 19.05 ng/mL, 9. 697ng/mL and 0. 200 7 ng/mL for Ca, Mg, Zn, Mn, Cu and As, respectively. The recoveries of the 6 elements were 89.76% - 133.44%.
