红外光谱及其在甲壳素化学研究领域的应用

摘    要:介绍了红外光谱产生的原理、红外光谱仪、红外光谱图及其解析,综述了红外光谱在甲壳素化学研究领域定性分析、定量分析和分子结构测定方面的应用。利用红外光谱对甲壳素及衍生物进行结构表征方便易行,能够说明官能团的存在,但是对于整体结构表征而言并不充分,实际中往往还需辅以其它表征手段。

Abstract:The principle of infrared spectrum( IR) and infrared spectroscopy, the infrared spectra and its identification were reviewed,and the application of IR for qualitative analysis,quantitative analysis and molecular structure determination in the field of chitin chemical research was introduced. The character of the molecular structure of chitin and its derivative by IR was widely used in the present-days,which can prove the presents of functional groups. If the whole molecular structure of chitin and its derivative needed to be identified,it was not sufficient just using IR and the other charactering methods also should be used.
