马来酸双聚乙二醇单甲醚酯合成及应用

摘    要:采用减压熔融法合成了马来酸双聚乙二醇单甲醚酯,并对其合成工艺进行了探讨。实验以原料醇酸摩尔比、催化剂用量、阻聚剂用量、反应温度和反应时间为五因素,设计成五因素四水平的正交实验,由实验确定出最佳酯化反应条件:醇酸摩尔比2.1∶1、催化剂用量4%、阻聚剂用量3%、反应温度120℃,反应时间为6 h,酯化率达到96.46%。并进一步由大单体与烯丙基磺酸钠共聚制备出聚羧酸分散剂,所得分散剂在掺量为0.6%时,可使锂离子电池浆料的用水量减少至27.0%,浆料初始粘度为1786.6 mPa·s,静置90 min后浆料粘度为2680.3 mPa·s。减少溶剂用量同时满足涂布工艺要求。

Abstract:Dipolyethylene glycol maleate was synthesized by decompression melting method , and the synthetic process was discussed.Five factors were optimized , including alcohol acid mole ratio , amount of catalyst , inhibitor dosage, reaction temperature and reaction time , designing L16 (45 ) for orthogonal experiment.The best condition was determined:alcohol acid mole ratiowas 2.1:1 , the amount of catalyst was 4%, the inhibitor dosage was 3%, the reaction temperature was 120 ℃ and the reaction time was 6 h, the esterification rate reached 96.46%.The macromonomer copolymerized with sodium allylsulfonate to produce polycarboxylate superplasticizer .The water consumption of Lithium ion battery slurry reduced 27%when the superplasticizer dosage was 0.6%.Slurry viscosity was 1 786.6 mPa· s and 2 680.3 mPa· s after 90 min which met requirements for coating technology .
