发泡原油气液分离器的设计

摘    要:原油发泡使得油气分离效率低,造成很大的计量误差,并会对设备造成损害。针对发泡原油的特性,研制了发泡原油气液分离器。介绍了发泡原油分离器的整体结构、工作原理、技术创新以及内部构件的设计。分析了气液旋流器的数值模拟结果,并且优化了气液旋流器的结构。

Abstract:Oil foaming can reduce the efficiency of oil and gas separation, which will cause measurement error and damage to the devices. A gas-liquid separator was designed based on properties of foaming crude oil. The overall structure, operating principle, technology innovation and design of the internal components of the separator were described. The structure of gas-liquid cyclone was optimized based on numerical simulation.
