摘    要:为符合欧盟REACH法规附件17(原欧盟2005/69/EC指令)要求,特开发SBR1783。本文揭示RAE、TDAE油品基本性能,比对不同填充油SBR1783、SBR1723对胶料性能的影响,通过试验和检测数据对比无明显差异,可以证明RAE相对TDAE和CPC填充油对丁苯橡胶物理性能和加工性能无明显影响,以帮助客户使用好新产品SBR1783替代SBR1723应用于绿色轮胎。

Abstract:SBR1783 was specially developed in order to conform to appendix 17 of EU REACH regulation (the former EU 2005/69/EC Order) . Basic properties of RAE and TDAE oil by comparing effects of different filling oils in SBR1783 and SBR1723 on the product properties were proposed, by comparing the test and inspection data had no significant difference, which could prove that RAE had no significant effect on the physical properties and processing of styrene butadiene rubber comparing with CPC and TDAE filling oil to help customers use new products SBR1783 instead of SBR1723 applied to green tire.
