产脂肪酶菌株的筛选、鉴定及其发酵条件优化

摘    要:通过维多利亚蓝显色培养基筛选从平顶山当地土样和食堂油污中筛选获得一株产脂肪酶菌株BA-4,经形态学观察及16S rDNA分子鉴定,初步确定该菌株属于不动杆菌属。对其产酶条件的研究显示,该菌株最适发酵培养基初始pH为7.5,发酵温度35℃,转速200 r/min,培养时间48 h。

Abstract:A lipase-yield bacteria BA-4 was obtained from Pingdingshan local soil and dining room oil by use of Vitoria blue color medium. It was belong to the genus acinetobacter by morphological observation and 16S rDNA analysis. The optimum conditions for enzyme production were as follows: initial pH = 7. 5,fermentation temperature at 35 ℃,rotate speed at 200 r / min,and fermentation time of 48 h.
