| 摘 要： | 建立了三蛇胆川贝糖浆含量的HPLC测定法。试验采用了Inertsil ODS-3(5μm,4.6×250 mm)色谱柱,流动相:乙腈-0.1%磷酸溶液(20∶80);流速为1 mL/min;检测波长344 nm。结果显示异秦皮啶在0.26~2.64μg(Y=2.94×106S+5943,r=0.9999)范围内呈良好的线性关系;加样回收率为98.50%,RSD=0.79%(n=6);仪器精密度和样品稳定性良好。该方法操作简便,结果准确,适用于该制剂的质量控制。

| Abstract: | The chemoprotective content of three shedan chuanbei syrup was determined by HPLC. Inertsil ODS-3（ 5 μm,4. 6 mm × 250 mm）,chromatographic columns,mobile phase： acetonitrile-0. 1% phosphoric acid solution（ 20∶80）,velocity 1 mL/min and detection wavelength of 344 nm. Different Qin Piding 0. 26 ~2. 64 μg（ Y =2. 94 × 106S ＋ 5943,r = 0. 9999） was well within the range of linear relationship,and sample rate to 98. 50%,RSD = 0. 79%（ n = 6）,precision instrument and sample stability was good. The method was easy,accurate,and suitable for the preparation of quality control. |
