摘    要:二乙氧基硫代磷酸酯类有机磷农药在农业生产中广泛应用,对环境和人类健康产生严重威胁。本文综述了二乙氧基硫代磷酸酯类有机磷农药残留的色谱法、红外光谱法、酶联免疫吸附法的原理和优缺点,并对未来样品前处理技术和新的有机磷残留检测技术进行了展望。

The Development for Determination of O,O - diethyl Phosphorothioate Pesticides Residues

Abstract:The O,O - diethyl phosphorothioate pesticides were widely used in agriculture, causing risks for environment and human health. The detection methods of O,O - diethyl phosphorothioate pesticide such as chromatography, infrared spectroscopy and enzyme - liked immunosorbent assays were summarized, and advantages and disadvantages of all methods were compared. The development of sample pretreatment and new determination method of organophosphorus pescide residue was prospected as well.
